RETURN POLICY

Laila Inc. gladly accepts returns on unopened/unused products within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through www.geirness.com. If you purchased a Geir Ness product from a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item was damaged during delivery or does not function properly, we are happy to work with you to correct any of those issues.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Pack your items in a shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip with your return and a note about why you are returning the item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If you have additional questions, please contact us at orders@laila.com

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@laila.com for further instructions.
